Coastal GasLink Connector

The Coastal GasLink Pipeline is 416 miles, running from Dawson Creek, BC to the LNG facility near Kitimat, BC. The location(s) of the pipeline meant that multiple protection products were needed to prevent damage to the pipe and to the environmentally sensitive area(s). The pipelines path led through a series of obstacles, specifically mountainous terrain. PipeSak, alongside Northlink Supply, provided RockStop to Coastal GasLink to give the pipe optimal protection against the rocky backfill. PipeSak also supplied weights to sink the pipe in wet areas and PipePillos to support the pipe to prevent damage and ovality. These three products allowed the pipe to be safely lowered into the trench. PipeSak provided products that are durable enough to outlive the lifespan of the pipe, ensuring pipeline integrity.
