Geoff Connors
Founder & CEO

Geoff Connors
Founder & CEO
I have worked in the pipeline industry since graduating in 1980 with a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo. During my first 18 years in the industry I worked as a design engineer and project manager on some of the largest diameter pipeline projects in North America. During these years, I saw a need for a better way to control pipeline buoyancy and developed and patented the first set-on, gravel filled geotextile pipeline weight. PipeSak® Incorporated was formed to design, build and market pipeline protection products for the pipeline construction industry.
As the President and CEO of PipeSak® Pipeline Products I strive to revolutionize the pipeline industry with innovative, pipeline protection/integrity products.
I am married with 5 children – three of which work ‘in the business’.

Meghan Connors
President
I joined PipeSak back in 2002 when our ‘head office’ was still a room in my father’s basement. Since then we have grown PipeSak® from a small family business to an internationally recognized innovator in the pipeline stability, support and protection market. As we continue to grow we have maintained our family business culture, expanding from the Connors family to the PipeSak® family.
As President I oversee the general operations of the company including finance, manufacturing and marketing. I have degree in Business Purchasing and an Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
When not at work I enjoy hosting family gatherings and spending time with my two crazy boys, Connor and Keagan.

I grew up in the pipeline industry, so it was only fitting that my career started as an inspector for Union Gas. While at Union Gas I worked my way through several positions both in the field and in the office. In 1998 I was hired by my father and became PipeSak®’s first employee; a labourer.
I am currently V.P. of Field Services for PipeSak® Inc. and oversee all aspects of field operations as well as project estimating. I bring a wealth of knowledge, having experience in everything from R&D and equipment operation to estimating.
When not out on a job you can likely find me somewhere in the back country or at home with my partner Kim, dog Carl and Jimi the cat
