The Lake Ralph Hall pipeline project consisted of 32 miles of 36-inch diameter pipe to provide fresh water for the continuous increase in population in North Texas. Due to the hot weather and multiple safety concerns, the project was running slowly and inefficiently, leaving no spare time on a strict timeline. Filled PipeSak’s were provided to allocate time to other aspects of the project. PipeSak’s Filling Services engineered a way to mitigate the safety issues and quicken the filling process. This new system meant that the contractor was able to get filled PipeSaks faster, while also maintaining their customers already strict timeline.
