The Green Country Power Project was a 16” pipe that runs through Jenks, Oklahoma. Due to this project being in a flood plain, 100 yards of buoyancy control was needed. To keep the project on schedule, a quick and easy installation was needed. After getting a spacing estimate from PipeSak’s engineering team, it was determined that 42 PipeSak saddlebag weights would be needed to prevent the pipe from floating when flooding occurred. The PipeSaks were filled on the ROW and the low-profile design meant that no extra trench depth was needed.
