Environment and Pipeline Friendly
PipePillo® structured pipeline supports are manufactured from high strength polypropylene resins which are environmentally inert yet softer than pipeline coatings. In addition, their 90 degrees of support limit ovality and their many cavities support cathodic protection systems.

Easy to Handle and Install
PipePillo® structured pipeline supports are light enough to be manually handled, yet dense enough to resist flotation.
All PipePillo® structured pipeline supports have a rectangular center hole, which accommodates an installation rod (2×4) for positioned placement without workers in the trench. For deeper excavations, they can be strapped to the bottom of the pipeline prior to the pipe installation.
Additional Uses
The Roadrunner Pipeline project was a project consisting of 2 phases totaling 200 miles in west Texas. Since this pipeline was being built in dry, rocky terrains, the owners were looking for something more reliable than traditional foam and safer than sand padding. After consulting with PipeSak® engineers on their in-trench pipe support design, OneOK Partners obtained over 2,100 PipePillo® engineered pipeline supports for their project. Since PipePillo® pipeline supports can be installed by one man, outside of the trench with a 4 times safety factor, this made the choice to use the PipePillo® pipeline support for this project simple one.
